We are walking on Tóth Árpád Promenade, the western part of Bástya sétány (Bastion promenade) in Buda Castle Quarter, Budapest 1st district. The current name of this lane was given in 1946 after the famous Hungarian poet Árpád Tóth. ⛳ Budapest I. kerületében, a Budai Várnegyed dél-nyugati oldalán, a Tóth Árpád sétányon vagyunk. A közvetlenül a várfal mellett húzódó, a Bástya sétány részét képező promenád nevét Tóth Árpád költőről kapta, aki a közelben lakott. - A sétány helyén régen egy keskeny, elsősorban hadicélokra szolgált sikátor húzódott. A 19. század elején, miután a vár védelmi fontossága háttérbe szorult, egy sétány – a ‘Budavári korzó’ – kezdett itt kiépülni.
